Because ALL ozone generators are sensitive machines it's very important you are able to easily service your machine if needed.
We provide a variety of service options that make it easy to keep your MaxBlaster running like new for as long as you own it.

← Replaceable Generator Pack

The generator pack is the most commonly replaced part in the MaxBlaster. By replacing it, you can bring your MaxBlaster back to  its original performance levels.




It should be very easy to tell if your machine is not working properly.
Please check the following...

No power / the machine does not turn on at all
If your MaxBlaster does not turn on at all, it may be a fuse or wire disconnection.
You will know it has no power if the fan doesn't spin when the machine is turned on.

Please contact us HERE if your machine doesn't turn on at all.
It may be a very easy fix at no cost.

No ozone / the machine turns on but no ozone is emitted
The scent of ozone should be very noticeable when working properly.
If it turns on (fan spinning) but you can't smell ozone it needs a new generator pack.
When working properly, you should hear a constant buzzing from the generator pack.
You can also look into the outlet end of the machine to see glowing purple arcs*
*turn the lights off in your room before inspecting to make it easier to see arcs.

Broken part / end-piece, fuse holder, or button
If a small external part breaks on your machine we can send you a replacement.
Most external parts are low cost and we will send to you for free.

Please contact us HERE if you have a small broken external part.



You can purchase a  new generator pack from our e-store and follow the instructions on how to change it yourself*.

It requires only basic tools and moderate wiring skill.

If you have questions on determining whether or not you need a new generator pack please contact us HERE first.

Send your MaxBlaster in to our shop for a Comprehensive Service.

We will replace the generator pack, clean the interior, replace any worn parts, and return it to you in like-new condition.

Print the instructions below and include the service & repair form with the box you use to ship us your MaxBlaster.

At any time you can replace your used MaxBlaster for a brand new one for only $275.

Please follow these guidelines in order to keep your MaxBlaster running smoothly as long as it should...



Is it still covered under warranty?
The warranty for each MaxBlaster is 6 months from the original arrival date.
If your machine is less than 6 months old we pay for all repairs.

How should I store & maintain it between uses?
To prolong the life of your machine please store it indoors, in a dry location in between uses.
Please store it with the dry desiccant bag and storage box we include with each order.
Please remove, rinse and replace the foam filter (inlet end) as needed.
You DO NOT need to remove individual plates to clean them like other machines.

Safe Shipping & Handling

Because ALL ozone generators are sensitive machines and each is effected by various conditions including humidity, it's important to keep them safe & dry during shipping & storage.

We package each MaxBlaster in a fitted box containing a desiccant (dry) bag immediately after production.

We recommend storing your MaxBlaster indoors, with this desiccant bag to keep it as dry as possible.

Dry Storage

To maintain the expected lifespan of your MaxBlaster it is very important to store it inside the fitted box WITH the desiccant bag. Humidity can effect any ozone generator during storage as much as during use. The oversized desiccant (dry) bag included with your order will pull humidity off the electric components giving you the ideal storage conditions. The humidity sensor (also included with your order) will help you know whether or not you are storing it at the required humidity level of 50% or below.

Filter Cleaning

Periodically, as often as you notice it getting dirty, rinse the foam filter on the inlet end of your MaxBlaster under water. Simply remove the end piece, rinse the filter, and dry it before replacing it.
